Pupils from The Mease Spencer raise over £1,300 for Treetops Hospice with sponsored Reindeer Dash

In December, pupils at The Mease Spencer laced up their running shoes and took part in a fantastic Reindeer Run to support Treetops Hospice! With festive excitement in the air, every child put on their festive reindeer headband—generously provided by Treetops—and dashed around the playground, completing several laps with big smiles and boundless energy.
All that running certainly worked up an appetite, and the fun continued with a delicious Christmas Dinner to celebrate their efforts!
This was a sponsored event, and The Mease are incredibly grateful to their wonderful families for their generosity. Thanks to their support, they raised over £1,300 for Treetops Hospice!
Staff and pupils were delighted to welcome a staff member of Treetops Hospice, Natalie, to a special assembly, where she accepted the cheque and shared how the money will make a real difference. Thanks to the children's incredible fundraising, Treetops can provide over 80 counselling sessions for children coping with bereavement—a truly meaningful gift.
The Mease Spencer would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and cheered the children on. Your kindness and enthusiasm have helped bring comfort and support to those who need it most!
