Spencer Academies Trust announce Inspiring Leaders partnership
Spencer Academies Trust are excited to announce the launch of the professional partnership between the Trust and Inspiring Leaders, a collaborative network of Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) based across the East Midlands, which aims to strengthen MATs through collaboration, supportive networks and continual professional development, enabling them to become stronger and more sustainable.
This new partnership is a brilliant opportunity to develop and deepen our professional development culture across our entire organisation.
Inspiring Leaders provides MATs with a range of professional leadership and learning communities. Through this partnership, Spencer Academies Trust can share best practices with other Trusts in the region as well as enabling us to better define and strengthen our own practices, policies and procedures across our school communities.
